Re: TES Skyrim 0.218
No way, this bug bring a lot of artifacts with some effects (don't remember which, IBL probably).

@Boris
about ibl could you make it dynamic configurable not hard coded, for example with these maps here http://www.hdrlabs.com/sibl/archive.html ?

Believe me I am hesitant to question your knowledge of your own mod Boris but are you sure the grass thing isn't a bug? After reading your reply I turned on IBL (tried different settings) and things got even worse with the grass, not better. Turned IBL back off and tried to compensate for grass problem with [ENVIRONMENT] settings and discovered that grass objects are completely immune to the AmbientLightingIntensity values. It's as if ambient light on grass is a seperate, hardcoded calculation... and is not working right.

Re: TES Skyrim 0.218
Boris I have a serious question. So far I have no problem with the ENB effects. But somehow in some interiors neither SSAO nor SSS nor ImageBasedLighting, reflection, sofrt particles or particle lights work. On what does this depend? Outside is no problem every effect is available. In some forts inside (I'm using Realistic lighting overhaul) these effects are sometimes totally off even with reloading in some other places it is on. I have a feeling that this is having to do with the shadow casting lights? Dies ambient light not trigger the effects and just shadow casting light does?
and dude I have to say this mod is incredible damn nice ENB is a revolution !

Re: TES Skyrim 0.218
Heya Boris,
It might just be me, seems that way as I'm the only person reporting it thus far, but I am experiencing CTDs with 208. Probably has something to do with subsurface scattering increasing vRAM usage? I'd probably have to readjust my ReservedMemorySizeMb to get it to stop crashing but it was running so smooth with zero CTDs using 207 that I didn't want to mess with it so I went back to 207. Just figured I'd pop in a mention the problem I am having in case anyone else is experiencing it as well with 208. I'm perfectly happy with 207 as it is, so it's not a big deal at all. I just use a very basic setup for the added dof and better shadows anyhow.

Those values look very nice! I have been tweaking a lot all day and have some decent ones - but I like how that looks at night. Would you mind sharing what values you used? I would like to try them out.Confidence-Man wrote:One more pair, illuminated skin at night

I am trying to go subtle - here is a day time shot, although the difference is much more noticeable in-game, especially when flicking the flag on and off for SSS.
If you load these two images and then use the back and forth button on the browser you notice it much more.
