Same here, work perfectly with my HD7950 OC, drivers 13.11, it's perfect, i've even gained 2-3 frames from the previous 0.227 (don't know why), hope to see the parallax water soon, as always great work and thank you for that :)

EDIT:Almost forgot, I'm using your first build of 0.228

Re: TES Skyrim 0.228

Seems to be 7000 series GPU users aren't having any issues with water.

Only for the interest in mantle technology and see what its capable of, too many questions but looks interesting.

Edit AMDs lack of releasing full driver release notes is hard to understand. How can user debug without knowing what changed, insanity.

Re: TES Skyrim 0.228

(First post, sorry if this information isn't at all helpful to you. I'm not very technically-minded but seeing as though you're short on AMD users I thought every little would help.)

AMD 7970M 2GB
13.2beta2 driver

Realistic Water Two

[MEMORY]
ExpandSystemMemoryX64=true
ReduceSystemMemoryUsage=true
DisableDriverMemoryManager=true
DisablePreloadToVRAM=false
EnableUnsafeMemoryHacks=false
ReservedMemorySizeMb=256
VideoMemorySizeMb=3072
EnableCompression=true (<--- I don't actually know what this parameter means, it added itself when I upgraded from .221 to .228 - does anyone have a link to info about it?)

Using .228 with no issues (I hadn't tried .227). Caustics appear to be working just fine, not sure about dispersion (perhaps the effect is subtle and/or I don't know what I'm looking for).

Amobae

False turns off memory compression when loading graphics and means there will be larger memory use.

Re: TES Skyrim 0.228

Okay, it's another one epic fail from amd, modified water do not work at all because of shaders. Tested on radeon 4850 and 10.7 catalyst as i understood. If i change dxsdk version to lower - no issues, but 1.3 times slower ssao/reflections/shadows. Amd do something to pure assembled shaders made by me when they recompiled by d3dx9_43 compiler. Just one single shader with almost all code disabled do work, i can get wrong instructions, modify them to different and it will work, but activating other part of code produce same results and there is no way to do anything in assembly. I can only guess how much bugs amd users have with latest gta4 mod as it also compiled to _43 version (latest). I strongly advice to stay away from this company.

Re: TES Skyrim 0.228

@Doshu - thank you. Everything seems to be working just fine with it set to true, so I'll keep it like that.

@Boris - it's a shame it's not working on that card. As I, and Unreal etc. have said however, it is working for some. It's clearly not the case that the entire product line isn't applying the shader correctly.

Boris, if the effects are working properly for some ATI users here, how can you claim that the drivers are ruining your shaders?

Because he's using a five year old card and old drivers?

What do you consider full driver release notes? They all have changelogs posted.
