You don't read description of the mod. Disable parallax for terrain unless you have textures for parallax terrain.

Looks like a texture of mine.
You have parallax terrain enabled and it works for the textures I uploaded.
But I haven't uploaded the whole landscape folder yet and those rocks aren't included for now. That's why they look weird.
enblocal
FixParallaxTerrain=false
deactivates the effect for all texture and the weird look on those rocks.
Or you overwrite the according file with a parallax terrain ready file.
I think I can get you a fix, soon.

I also got some issues.
But more like blending problems, seeing different layers of textures changing when the view angle changes, somtimes turning black (running 4K with 4GBVram).
Also I've purple glowing arround (grass?) snow.
Are the blending issués caused by wrong aplha channels? (is this so called alpha blending)?
I don't see wrong heightmaps(?) anymore, as before the pfp-fix
Some suggestions what to do? Do I need one of the programs to edit /delete aplha channels (never done this, but nothing is to difficult to learn, just not educated with it yet). Can this blending issue also occur in conjunction with left older textures?

I think at least that particular location has a game bug in terrain, remember seeing it years back. I guess you could take a look with CK to see what's up.

The problem seems to be that one of the textures has the words 'LEVEL UP' written into the diffuse ^_^

What might be happening is the alpha texture and the water layer is stripping the alpha channel from the terrain texture. You could try the ordering transparency mod by HDT to properly order the transparency rendering. That mod worked well with my transparent glass armor when submerged in water.
