Also, I know that you mentioned it as being experimental and that it might not work with AMD cards; however, the new "Fix Lag" parameter seems to do the opposite of what it's supposed to for me. Enabling "Fix Lag" caused my performance to drop from between 40 and 50 FPS to less than 30 FPS. My GPU is an AMD r9 280.
I'm having (kind of) the same issue in Nvidia with LagFix and the VSync (from ENB) enabled. I'm not having performance drop, but more like it caps the fps to 30, instead of 60 like Vsync does.
But it fix the lag actually (probably because it limits the fps, I don't know).
Has anyone else noticed with 266 that cloud shadows seem to not be working? Running Seasons of Skyrim ENB on a 970m. With version 265 and nvidia driver 347.52 they're there and working fine. Both are using the wrapper version and all effects like DOF are working for both so I don't think it's a optimus issue since previously that didn't work with a 880m but is now working without proxy dlls for the 970m.
Anyone know author of "Unique Grasses and Groundcovers" mod? Trying to optimize grass mods, but with deffered rendering (and enabled effects which require it) grass performance is awful because of framerate and fillrate (in test location 30->20fps at 1024*768), i tried every possible way to draw grass different (even with z prepass) and no positive result. As you can see on screenshot, most grass blades are empty, half of the quad at least, i guess engine allow to make smaller quads and texture must be scaled up accordinly.
@Boris:
I have a (Reference Design) NVIDIA GTX 760.
Not to mention, I'm always playing with V-Sync.
However, I always use the ENB V-Sync parameter, and was wondering if it's recommended to use my hardware's setting instead?
Thanks for the feedback guys, I definitely appreciate it.
I'll be sure to remove the Bloom Quality parameter, myself.
I didn't know that it wasn't going to be removed automatically.
That aside, the issue that Zollom presented is literally what I described in my initial post.
He also seems to have his frames capped by enabling FixLag.
I haven't noticed anything else unusual, as of yet though.
And from the 5-hour session I had earlier, there hasn't been a performance increase, but maybe some improved stability in specific areas. It's hard to tell...
Version updated, download again
Fixed shadows from clouds.

Where exactly? Screenshot and your config required for testing and try with my config first to check which parameters produce issue. I don't see bug in hall of the dead of whiterun.

Vsync type doesn't matter, they are all the same.

Trying the latest version, I am also seeing a performance drop with FixLag=true. I am losing about 8-9 fps, both indoors and out. This caps my frame rate at 30.1 or so for interiors, so I don't know if this is actually limiting the frame rate at 30 fps or just a decrease. My frame rate drops to about 24.7 on Whiterun streets with FixLag=true whereas it is 34-36 with it set to false. I am using an Nvidia GTX 980. As I said earlier, I always have VSync enabled. I did not test disabling VSync.
