Sorry late answer, watched movie and fell asleep>.<

Before I had True Storms but uninstalled it and was using only re textures lately.
Deleted all ini´s and all mods now. I also made new game.
Even Reset Nvidia Profile to cause I forced it to run single gpu, so tested with SLI too.

All my code disabled, but kept settings inside enbseries folder

Default enb files, with default generated settings. I did not move on these last two.

I am out o ideas at the moment.. But if I am the only one that have this issue, then feel free to ignore it. :)

SSAO image looks awesome^^

Edit:
Looks kinda similar as that other reported bug, but not sure.
I can try play to that place and see.

Edit2:
Save game at that place, if helpful :>

Edit3:
This only place so far I seen it in first or third person, but it looks same as freecam (tfc 1) problem I have.

Blinking stopped here :? Just a few blinks at gate with guards before entering vault then it seems all fine in 3rd and 1st person :>

Seem tied to location, but I could not replicate bug in other post.

Could my download be the issue? Maybe I should try re download :(

Re: Fallout 4 0.293

Huh... are you sure those white flashes while running to the vault are not a part of the scene? I think i saw those before F4 ENB was released at all. Meant to represent nukes already going off somewhere far away.

Uriel24
It blinks to frequently to be effect I think. First time I seen this here, then again this is my second run.
Will try re download and see if same happens since others not seeing same, maybe reinstall GPU/DirectX too :)

Edit:
30% downloaded.. Could this be an Windows 10 issue? Maybe going back to 8.1 will help? Noticed most have 7 or 8.1 on forum :>

Re: Fallout 4 0.293

You're right in your suspicions. I've had this a while thinking it was mod related, but i narrowed it down to sky intensity setting adjustments causing it, at least for me.

Also i'm able to catch the right angle in-between the flicker location and it turns the sky black & white until i move again. May help to pin-point issue.

Re: Fallout 4 0.293

I'm on Windows 7 x64 and I'm having the exact same glitch as Yersinia79. It happens while I'm moving is what I've noticed. I don't think it's a windows issue. However, I'm running a modded game at the moment and can't do testing in vanilla (I'm actually going to play the game, I haven't even gotten to join a faction yet >.<). I just thought it was important to know a Win 7 user had the same issue. I tried to take some pictures (mine flicker really really fast so it was hard to capture). I've had this bug since the AL was implemented.

(No crapware was used during testing. The only things I think could affect tests in my setup is Radiant Clouds, True Storms, or changing the color lut, but I can't see how those would cause this issue? Maybe that's dumb of me though. Will test more and on vanilla when I can.)

Edit: Ghawd, that SSAO picture is awesome!

Re: Fallout 4 0.293

Thank you Perfex and refusedzero, so it is not OS I guess.
But then I am out of ideas at the moment. Cause re-download did not work, neither did reinstall gpu driver or directx :\
I guess a temporary fix would be using default values :)

Re: Fallout 4 0.293

Folks, i forgot to say that for testing bugs fallout config file required, because render heavily depends from camera angles, objects in the camera and graphic options, so bug fixing is complicated task.
