Re: Fallout 4 0.344
I run out of ideas how to fix that, tried some experiments, but it's always sacrificing some important details, like degrading shadows from nose or ears.

Could you add a parameter to add a filtering(blur) on shadows edges (in the SHADOWS category), that might just be enough to hide it for those kinds of shots.

No, it's not enough and there are no shadow edges. The problem is actual for any raytraced shadows, because geometry is too low quality for them. Blurring of shadows at moment of their tracing is not solution, because it destroy details like shadow from nose. If i will not find elegant solution, i will not touch it at all.

Re: Fallout 4 0.344
Is there any possibility for bringing SSS from Skyrim SE ENB to FO4 ENB? Apologies if this was asked before.
I always use SSS in Skyrim to make all characters brighter so I can see them very well even in shadows. FO4 has almost constantly very dark characters (unless standing in sunlight and facing the sun) and SSS would help a lot with this.

I do not remember anybody asked this, but i can't give any answer now, this require investigation. Maybe just tweaking amount of sss can help.

AFAIK, the base game already has SSS. Skin in the game looks totally fine, so I don't see the point in asking Boris to work on that.

Thank you for looking into it at least.ENBSeries wrote:I do not remember anybody asked this, but i can't give any answer now, this require investigation. Maybe just tweaking amount of sss can help.
Fair enough. I guess when I think of SSS, I think of the ability to adjust skin color and brightness so that characters look good at all times.TreyM wrote:AFAIK, the base game already has SSS. Skin in the game looks totally fine, so I don't see the point in asking Boris to work on that.

Re: Fallout 4 0.344
Is it possible to have self-intersection of ssao from skyrim se, or just higher quality ssao at the expense of performance?
