Re: Fallout 4 0.355
Hi All. Having an issue with ENB. On game launch, I get instant CTD as shaders begin to compile. I don't believe it's game related (removed all mods) and I haven't changed any software on my PC lately.
The odd thing is, if I delete ENBseries.ini and launch the game, it starts and runs fine. I can modify settings and whatnot in game as usual. But if I have any ENBseries.ini present (even the auto-generated one) I get instant CTD.
Ideas?

@ENBSeries
could you update the fallout 4 mod to include the Timer.z frame counter? That way the shaders I make that use it aren't limited to only Skyrim:SE

No ideas. The only thing you can do is manually switch all parameters till find what is the issue. Could be driver bug for example.

Ok, done. Also added DisableCursorLock cause game piss me off when it forcing small rectangle for cursor when it try to switch to some other applications while it's starting.

Re: Fallout 4 0.355
hmm, i seem to have a fps problem with the last version, i went from 87 fps to 54 fps with the latest version, fps is fluctuating wildly with latest version.
what changed in the latest version ?
Disabling AO and DOF fixes it.

Maybe this one3 november 2018
Updated ENBSeries 0.355 for Fallout 4 without version change. Fixed bug with performance of ssao/ssil effect at quality set above low and fixed bug with non working ssao optimization which ported from GTA 5 version.

Re: Fallout 4 0.355
Oh ok, i'll use the old version then, i believe i still have it somewhere.
EDIT: yeah that was it allright, i still had 3.11 backed up, put that back and now FO4 runs fast again with DOF and AO on. No more choppy gameplay..better..

Re: Fallout 4 0.355
Old version simply limited by quality, that's why faster. Lowering setting of ssao will make it same as old one.

Re: Fallout 4 0.355
i wish that where true, if i use the new one and set everything to low, i stil have Fps flying everywhere, it's like fluctuating wildly between 40~60 fps when i set fps to show on screen.
and gameplay is extremely laggy and choppy, essentially totally unplayable, only disabling AO AND DOF will fix it.
So DOF alone does it, and AO alone too, i have to switch both off, doesn't matter if it's set to low or not.
Older version works fine.
My vidcard should have no problems at all with this, i have a GTX1080 and i5 8600K, and no texturemods or stuff, only a few gameplay changes.
Without ENB i get 140Fps, with ENB roughly 90Fps, so the drop to 40~60 with wild stuttering with the new version is not acceptable to me for gameplay.
I'll happily use the old version, cause i don't see any difference in quality.

Re: Fallout 4 0.355
Can ENB water reflections be added to Fallout 4?
