Water can be fully dissabled if you set UseEffect=false. If you just turn off EnableWater, there is still fog tweak applied to water, but it can't do anything, except to colors.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dEBp2l_ ... e=youtu.be in this video at 2:00 water surface which not handled by the mod, so i have to write shader for it. And as i see, that shader is used to mix two water types, cause having flow map and 3 usual normals from non tessellated water type.
EDIT: yeah, that interesting thing, from one side shader is using flow map and from another interpolated to another water type, so RW2 need to replace those buggy areas with overlayed water by just this shader to mix smoothly.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0d7ztG-X16s

That video was made by another ENB + Wavy Waters.

One parameter was missing from Rudy ENB:

DisableDistantReflection=false

You can see, how better the visual experience and immersion.
At the most problematic area also looks way better with ENB enabled. There's a seam, but much better.

Tried other Water mod and just Vanilla Water, if

DisableDistantReflection=false

the water looks way better.

All water mods were which does not use Worldscape modification.

Yes Boris, Your right!

That's I call game engine bug.
I have no idea, how will somebody solve those issues. Till not, only Wavy Water + Firemanaf ENB hide those ugly transitions.

That's a vanilla video:

Ooops! Wrong video.

Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.383

So, I am trying to find a new water mod instead of RW2 till its bugs won't be fixed.

And, if Boris put ENB features to the newer ENB binaries, I would find a water mod, which uses ENB Water features.

Both Rudy and Amon ENB preset is wrong. Missing one important setting.

Firemanaf presets are proper.

Wavy Waters with proper ENB:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0d7ztG-X16s

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=50-K1nedRXk

Till now, the best one. Even at Solitude area looks very well.

Most ENB Water feature and till now the less buggy.
It is very well to hide Vanilla Game engine bugs.

In my opinion, it works pretty well.

I tried:

1.) Cathedral Water v1 and v2 (the most buggy Solitude cells both looks terrible, even with a proper ENB)
2.) Improved Vanilla Water + some addition. (Looks good, but lack of ENB water feature)
3.) Pure Waters (like Improved Vanilla, but smoother)
4.) Wavy Water (mentioned above, and demonstrated)

If anyone has a better solution, please share with me.

Thanks!

0.386

:o :O

Is there 0.386, I didn't know that.
So, it's 0.383, of course!

"ENBSeries v0.386 for TES Skyrim SE

Added unhandled water shader which to allow mods like Realistic Water Two to mix different water types. Removed dependency of game wave amplitude on to tessellation, because it is not controllable by the game anyway.

Wow!
That wants to mean, try RW2 again?!

It fixes the first issue I found with RW2?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iap_sBEnip4

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O-9k_eld5II

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C_QNBYBY24Q

Don't which ones, but all of them RW2, and I am sure one or two with the ENB texture for RW2.

Today, I finished my day, but will look at tomorrow!

Thank you for the update! I hope it will work.

Boris! All of my demo videos with 0.383

Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.383

Hello Boris, first off I wish to express my thanks for continuing to breath life in to Skyrim SE, it is looking outstanding!

I also come here with a lighting question. Is it possible to add a parameter to adjust the sunlight color that is cast on the environment? In game this has a dramatic effect on the color of volumetric lighting, which is what I am adjusting. I am using Vanilla weathers here, no weather mod.

Using the creation kit I can adjust it here for a particular weather by selecting "Sunlight" and then the "Time" (day/night/sunset/sunrise) and then adjusting the RGB settings which works well: https://imgur.com/j6iWxvM

A couple more images from in game whilst I was testing, night time:

Would a color filter be possible?

I don't know if it fixes first problem, need to test. But at least editing of water there is possible.
Here is illustration how to fix that puddle with calm water near flowing river water

Sun and directional light colors do exist as color filters. Guess from screenshot you mean color of the volumetric rays, right? Or something else?

Hi Boris, yes the color of the volumetric rays. Unless I have missed it I can't see a setting that might have an affect.

Under [SKY] I have checked"SunColorFilter..." but this doesn't affect it in this way, under [ENVIRONMENT] I have checked "DirectLightingColorFilterAmount...", this affects the ground and such but not the lighting from the rays.

I have checked other settings which I thought might have an affect, but not in this way.

EDIT: I have just been checking again to be sure, from my observation the "DirectLightningColorFilter" affects the surfaces that the light touches, and this can be adjusted just fine. The light rays themselves are the only thing left which currently I can't match them to the color of direct lighting, using ENB.
