Download mod again and check if that pop up fixed. If not, then it's just your imagination. Comparing two versions and don't see myself any difference

I already answered several times it's unfixable, use old skyrim if you want things better.

Found weather which looks like your pictures i guess Image. It have greeny ambient color, so the result is expectable. There is nothing to fix, cause no way to extract lighting only without issues.

Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.406

Hey Boris, Thank you for answering my question.

I redownloaded the binaries and stillt the "long shafts" of the rays are poping in. I made a video here demonstrating it.

Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.406

Boris - Sorry for the late reply, that was a weather from Obsidian Weathers mod, vanilla weather but modified. Don't remember id.
The second main problem with the cloud shadows. Fadingsignal mentioned about it. On the top, cube map mirror, the sphere at the bottom, metal material with the environment map. Shadows amount 1.0. It's not a big deal if this is unfixable in SE version.

The sun rays from 0.401 version. Amount 8, type 2:

the same 0.046 version:

and the latest, test version, much better:

Okay, that was optimization to not draw rays if sun outside of the screen far enough. Strange that it works for me properly.
I did silent an update about this, check if it looks okay or still have pop up.
