Added BigRangeScale parameter to complex fire and complex particle lights for user who want higher performance. Fixed black eyes shadow for mod "Eye AO Clipping Fix".

Made ILBrightnessCompression parameter dependent from time of the day by request. Fixed fog issue when tweaking near clip plane. But it's not recommended to change near or far clip planes, because some effects may not work as intended.

Fixed visible polygons of the bodies with new shadows for some interior lights (seems rarely visible for some users).

Many thanks for update Boris! but it seems have no effect in my game

EDIT : After long minutes troubleshooting, disabling mods etc finding the reason why the eye fix doesn't work for me, i finally found it, my iBlurDeferredShadowMask was set to 4, that setting should be either 1 or 3 other than that i got these demonic eyes

Someone reported this problem earlier and the fix was exactly the same as your finding. Guess i need to find another way, independent from game setting.

Fixed flickering of weapons in first person mode for some users. This is rare bug and was not find why it happens.
