Yea, exterior shadow and most interior shadows look perfectly fine, it's just the interior "exterior" light near the bridge inside Embershard mine that looks a little bad.
Here's a similar interior light that is supposed to come from the outside, in Darkshade cave.
When I got closer to the light source, the quality improved.
