Hello,
Probably not the right place to post this, but I'm trying to understand if this is bug or wrong setting.
Before had Climates of Tamriel ENB, was fine with no glitches, after which I switched to a different weather system and updated my ENB.
One of my equips started to have weird green glow/reflection. If I turn ENB off, it disappears.
Tried older version of ENB, and it still persists. Tried even turning all options off in ENB, and it's still there.

Try adjusting reflection settings.

Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.454
Yes, probably the mesh. This only happens on some certain places and items. I discovered this kind of weird green reflection in Whiterun, in one of the water canals that's next to the stairs to Dragonsreach. That was a long time ago. There is nothing to do about it. I decided not to disable the reflection, because the bug is very rare.
You can try to open console, click exactly on the reflection and use the disable command. It may remove only the reflection (if the reflection is on some additional layer). If the disable command removes the whole mesh, use the enable command to restore it. (don't click on anything else between disable and enable commands)

I did fix it with NIfScope, though no idea if it correct method for it. Opening item in NifScope I reduced SubSurfaceScattering to 0, probably disabling that for the item in general.
Now I can keep reflection setting as it was intended in ENB preset, and item itself doesn't give off green glow.

Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.454
I remember few times people posted this bug, but forgot why it happens. Most likely from improved SSR, maybe some wrong values for reflection/specular properties set in mesh. That blurring very much reminds how game fakes matter reflection.

Bright green reflection from few objects observed, especially meshes with moveable particles (i.e. rocky brooks/streams).

Hi Boris, hope you're doing well! I'm experiencing some strange reflections surrounding my character and weapons when standing in water. Haven't noticed this before so could be related to the issues posted above since everything is Ok when Im turning off reflections. Please watch this videoclip for more information: https://youtu.be/LHGrX8ypbOk

Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.454
That bug is absolutely normal for screen space reflections. There are some tricks to reduce it, but it do not apply to first person models anyway.
