Graphic mod ENBSeries / patch ENBoost

Added ShadowQualityPointLights parameter for [SHADOW] category. Added very high quality level to ShadowQuality parameter. Fixed sharp shadows when invalid light property set for some mods. Improved shadows filtering quality at close distances to surfaces. Fixed non shadowed line for point lights. Sorted shader's parameters in shader window by their order of execution.

Ehh. I don't care about antiviruses and people who accuse me about virus in my mod(s). It was never and will be never. The trust is something hard to learn and very easy to lose.

I read that MS Defender is more aggressive on nearly every other file, reporting false positives.

Fact is, I've seen antiviruses being more dodgy vs. Windows 10.

Fixed flickering of ssil effect at small cost of performance. Reduced banding artifact for it.
