Added shadow quality parameter for directional light. Fixed bug in shadow of game point light type. Sorted list of shaders in shader editor window according to their execution order. Added requested shader patching feature for parallax or other mods.

- Is the ENB parallax for objects or landscape?
- If it's for objects, will it work with the snow shader? Specifically the projected textures? (bEnableProjecteUVDiffuseNormals=1)

Added EnableShadow and EnableVolumetricShadow parameters to [WATER] category similar to Skyrim LE.

There is no enb parallax for SE, i just added feature which allow to make patch for parallax to help one discord user to do this porting from Aers shaders. I don't know any details, so can't answer about snow shader, most likely if it wasn't done by Aers, then no, need to do changes not just in shaders, but in code as well. If snow shaders use alpha map of diffuse for something else, then it's a big problem, otherwise it's technically possible, but again, i dont want to bother with parallax cause too many shaders to find and test compared to LE game.

If someone is porting/reworking Aers' then there should be some bugfixes or improvements in there, otherwise there wouldn't be any point.
I wish Aers would come back, but if we have someone else who can do shader work now there's a lot of potential for the game still
(still hoping for a >4 light source fix)
