Question to everybody. Is wet surfaces corrected/nullified by things above? Like stuff below a roof not getting it?

Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.466
Would be a really cool feature and looking realistic, having the option of less wet materials below roofs and wet stuff outside because of rain
Landscape ground, like terrain and landscape meshes don't have their separate light parameters afaik?
With that, mods that emulate puddles would be better controllable. So they would get stronger when raining and dry when not.

Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.466
This is impossible, introduce many glitches rather than improvements, especially about puddles. They must be placed manually.

Hi, in version 0.465 TerrainParallax is always disabled regardless of the EnableTerrainParallax setting. In version 0.466, TerrainParallax is always enabled regardless of the EnableTerrainParallax setting. Any idea what the problem might be?

Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.466
These both versions have nothing which could make them work different about terrain parallax. So check again, something wrong with your testing procedure.

Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.466
Hey I've been having an issue with SkyLighting. When it is enabled, the landscape is shaded for some reason. The sections of ground that are separate meshes aren't affected by this like chunks of road, and ground under plants. This is one of the more noticeable spots this shows up, but it also shows up on snow
First image is the problem SkyLighting, second image is without SkyLighting.
I stripped my mod order down to bare vanilla and still got the same result. I'm running Cathedral Landscapes (with really blended roads) and Shaders of Solstheim if this helps any
