I don't understand what you ask me. And shadowed lights works okay. What is that location? Vanilla lighting?

This location is from an upcoming mod. I use several shadow casting lights in this mod and they all malfunction with the 0.502 but working perfectly with 0.499
With 0.502 sometimes the shadow casting lights appear for a moment when turning at certain angle, but then they disappear again - like hitting the light limit all the time. But they do not actually exceed the limit and with 0.499 there is no such problem.

There is no problem with flickering of light and can't be, such things are engine dependent only, not changed by me. If i remember, the only thing i changed was something related to fading of lights, close to end of their range they have bug and i fixed it. Anyway, you have to do tests at discord, i can't blindly modify code if usual lights works fine.

Dynamic cubemaps applied to eyes (since v0.494) sometimes seem too bright. Can a separate parameter be added to turn off cubemaps in the [EYE] category?

Nope. Cubemaps are not applied to everything (parameter for that is only for modders, not for gaming) and they are never too bright, intensity is 100% matching environment.

I have often them over bright when opening and closing the map in dungeons, when the map is brighter than the dungeon. (I'm using NAT III btw)
