Same thing for me.

When I create a character, her hand are black.
Same thing for the rocks and trunks.
Less serious, but my main menu background doesn't appear (blue)

In bold, mods I think It can be related.
I used Texture Pack Combiner to optimize every texture. Using Maximum Preset for Skyrim, with 4x4 pattern (not 16x16) and resize when Texture Resolution is > 2048*2048.

Still CTd but it's maybe my fault.

To see quick results, I use http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/9557, and then start in the forest (I am a camper). I use too this : http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=29624.

That last was kinda worse on shadow/lights but similar to 0.192
Overall Brightness set to 2.0 on these pictures so can see better, usualy its a 1.0 :>

I have the same issue with both d3d9.dll. Well for me only the eyes of the NPCs are purple though. Everything else seems to look fine.
I'm using a GTX 670 with 4 gigs of Video-memory btw. Also using many HD-textures.

Okay, i tried those enbseries.ini and configs from KuroTenshi, see the bugs now, but not yet with textures. From first view it's because of setting in enbseries.ini, gonna test deeper what exactly, may be my mistake in optimizations.

What if to disable bilateral shadow filter and reapply changes after that? What problems will go away and which will stay?

I am also having the issue. Skyrim works perfectly without the newest ENB, but with it, the Helgen intro is a mess of black/purple textures. NPCs eyes are also purple and hands are black. Hair is also sometimes invisible.

P.S. - I am using the non-graphical enhancing version. I only want the performance boost.

Tried. The problem with textures remains.

Aren ´t a lot of the LOD-mesehs missing, too? Trying to create a video but recording software has hick ups.
edit: But thats maybe on my end. trying a fresh skyrim installation
