I hadn't played for a long time (only modding), so not sure exactly is this a latest thing - I noticed that the main ini (enbseries.ini) has influence over the custom weather ini's.
For exmple, I set AmbientLightingIntensityDay to 0,5 in enbseries.ini and 0,5 in custom_weather.ini, the end result is AmbientLightingIntensityDay = 1
These values seem to summarize. I checked several of my custom weathers and they all seem off - lighting and many other things (probably all values) are totally out of place.
These custom ini's used to be fine-tuned and enbseries.ini did not have any influence over custom weathers. Now these weathers seem to get their values from both ini's.
