No, it's just about timing. GUI rendering takes several milliseconds and that's enough to break sync. Logic works here, but it's not controllable without sources of the game. Check if no frame skipping enabled in enblocal.ini and max prerendered frames in driver panel is 3

Re: Fallout 4 0.307
Thanks for the update, Boris.
Also, I found a solution to my FPS drops indoors issue. For whatever reason, forcing my GPU to always run at max clock (disable idle downclocking) and forcing Fallout4.exe to run with high CPU priority fixes the problem. Now, I get constant 60 FPS indoors. Posting here, in case anyone else has a similar problem.

Re: Fallout 4 0.307
Hey, I'm encountering a problem, I got flickering black textures in specific camera angles, even with only enb 0.307 installed this still happens. When I remove it from the game folder the issue disappears. My system specs are:
Win 10 64bit Anniversary Update
Asus GTX 770 DCUII 2GB OC
i5 3570K OC @4.2GHz
16GB DDR3 RAM @ 1600Mhz
Samsung 840 EVO 240GB (Game and mods run from this).
Any help would be greatly appreciated since the game modded doesn't run smoothly enough without the ENBoost Memory Hack.
Cheers!
UPDATE: When using 0.291 the bug is not there, will continue using 0.291 since I only use it for the ENBoost function for now. Just posting it for anyone facing the same issue

Re: Fallout 4 0.307
When I'm way up in the sky and looking down on downtown Boston, my FPS drops to 30 or so. Is this normal across most GPU/CPU setups?
It's 50-60 everywhere else in the map.
I'm running i7-4790k @ 4.6Ghz
16GB Ram @ 1600Mhz
GTX 980 Ti SC+
SSD
Thanks!

Re: Fallout 4 0.307
It's normal for any setup, don't blame me for such things, it's not my fault.

Re: Fallout 4 0.307
Hey. I think Bethesda are practically done patching FO4 now that the last DLC is out and there doesn't seem to be much else coming. I'm still really looking forward to the awesome water effects you added to Skyrim. I hope to see them soon in FO4, that would be awesome! I can't wait till the next ENB update!

When I close my eyes to sleep, I dream of new fog parameters for Fallout 4.... ^_^
