* AMD 6950, Intel Q6600
* Win 10 Home

- Before 1:24
- After 1:16

Video card no longer supported by AMD, so no driver updates.
Using whatever driver Win 10 installs. No Shader Cache option.

Hey, how hard is it to implement shadows on water? Is it like the combined work of tweaking water shaders and tweaking shadows? (So a lot) Or is it "easier"?
Or do you have anything else planned?
Thank you for your work anyway.

I also noticed this issue . The workaround here was reducing Epidermal and Subdermal amount and Mix until the point that the textures transitions disapear.... but unfortunately it will obviously decrease the beauty of the effect. =/

Okay, i'll check.

So tired from optimizations and fixing bugs, having insomnia already. And the worst thing is that i'm having some mental issue now, visiting this forum often, like some mazohist who need to have tasks from users and responses about what i have done, otherwise feel unhappy. People are happy when they can relax, i am when somebody need what i am doing. My life is going in wrong way.

It's alright Boris- you don't need to go on Forums, fix bugs, and optimize the binary. Real life and mental health always come first; many users and I are enthusiastic in donating to your Patreon or otherwise- we do so out of thanks for all you have done for the community- it is by no means an implied message that because of the donations, you have to work on ENB more.

Indeed, you need to think on yourself, health on every mean are first, im also a patreon of your work, but we do it just to say thanks. I have been playing skyrim and using your work for free since 4 years ago, this is the game of my dreams since the childhood, and you and many modders make it true. Don't push your self so hard, look at your self on the mirror and tell yourself you love yourself.

Best regards!

Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.343

Honestly, I really don't mind a bit of a wait for the initial startup of the game if it means a better performing ENB overall. The only reason I even mentioned it was that in my mind, "recompiling" shaders seemed like something that might only need to happen once, like drivers have the shader cache option for that reason. But this is just my lack of knowledge about what it is actually happening in the case of ENB. :)

I did want to ask though, is it better to have the NVIDIA driver option for shader cache on or off for games using ENB, specifically Skyrim SE?

EDIT: Just downloaded the new version (been away on business for a few days) and see that shader cache option in drivers is indeed recommended.

With specs in sig, current version startup is down to only about 32 seconds, which is plenty fast for me.
