Re: TES Skyrim 0.240

I still have this issue with scenes turning completely black except for an overbright reflection. Like this in Nchuand-Zel:

Here it is normal.

One step later it turns to this. It seems to be connected to water as the issue goes away if unchecking Enablewater.

Re: TES Skyrim 0.240

Folks, how properly in english:
1 cloud shadows
2 clouds shadows
3 clouds shadow
from googling most of results first version seems correct, but not sure. While not too much time left, better to rename variable properly and create new category also.

Boris:
It must be '1 Cloud Shadows'' if i know right. By the way that new parameter means Cloud Shadow Opacity comes on Next version ?

Re: TES Skyrim 0.240

1 Cloud Shadow
2 Cloud Shadows
3 Cloud Shadows

:)

MM

Edit: If your referring to a single shadow then it's one cloud shadow, if your referring to multiple like two or three then it's Cloud Shadows. If it's a single group then it's Cloud Shadows. :)

Re: TES Skyrim 0.240

1 is correct.

While you're dealing with shadows, is there any possibility of adding them from LOD? So when the sun is behind a distant mountain for example it doesn't shine through.

Re: TES Skyrim 0.240

Of the options listed, only "cloud shadows" is grammatically correct English. It implies shadows cast by clouds, whether the clouds be single or multiple. Only "shadows" should be plural.

You didn't list "cloud shadow," but that would also work but is a little more vague as it could be interpreted as shadows cast upon clouds rather than shadows cast by clouds (though how that would be observed by any actors other than dragons, I do not know).

If it is to be followed by some other parameter, then you would probably want to use CloudShadowParameter.

Re: TES Skyrim 0.240

Shadowing of Clouds
Shadows from Clouds
CloudShadows
Atmospheric Clouds
Global Weather Shadows

Tansarville
Opacity parameter added for shadow from clouds.

Confidence-Man
I can't add shadows from distant lods without saving that lod first, it's a bit tricky and for future when i'll do objects placement.

Re: TES Skyrim 0.240

Arrr! I'm stuck with my damned personal specifics, solved all issues of volumetric rays from clouds and not interesting in it any more, so hard to force myself create new variables, decide the names for them and other boring tasks. I hate this.
