Re: TES Skyrim 0.221
Compared code of 0.214 and 0.221, it's the same for ssao and it's filtering, so any complains regarding all versions and that's what you need to start from. Want better quality - increase it or wait when i'll make another code.

I understand Boris, no complaints about your work here. You have better reference on whats changed and whats not.
After tweaking it out, I found out that increasing FilterQuality=-1, FilterType=2 and oldstyle=true (better when false but FPS drops 70% on my end) helps with the artifacts without hitting the performance too much. Everything turned max looks awesome otherwise.
Too bad I cant viably test the game on 1920x1080, monitor refresh rate doesnt work well below 2560x1440.
*forgot to mention I am told it looks more pixelated on lower resolutions, but I cant test that as well as I would like to*

Re: TES Skyrim 0.221
Doshu's issue might be the blur for SSS..?
Also, I experience the same issue if I change SSAO settings (scale or quality) in any way while SSS is enabled.

If you ever change your SSAO algorythm, I'll head right to Russia, right to your door to complain and bother you till no end !
DON'T CHANGE IT !

Re: TES Skyrim 0.221
Did minor changes to ssao filter radius to reduce a little noise when SizeScale is low. But low values only useful when display resolution is high, in other cases it must be closer to 1 and lower quality of ssao.
Oyama
Hope you understand that i do not listen anybody if think something better.

Anyway, code wise, I don't know a single shit about your side of the code I only know what I'm seeing on screen.

Re: TES Skyrim 0.221
On a different note, I decided to test the SSS with stock skyrim and see how it turned out.. Here is few screenshots.. Apologies for the size of the pictures, as I mentioned I can only run 2560x1440 optimaly and editing size and scale of pics make them look different. And my wife got me flickr account to upload unlimited res pictures and I do not know how to use it just yet.
I noticed this after I took the shot, tip of the nose light brushes into the cheek. I am guessing this is due to textures, as I wasnt able to get rid of it.
[SUBSURFACESCATTERING]
Quality=0
Radius=5.0
Amount=0.6
EpidermalAmount=8.0
SubdermalAmount=20.0
EpidermalDiffuseSaturation=0.3
SubdermalDiffuseSaturation=0.7
EpidermalMix=0.7
SubdermalMix=0.7
[OBJECT]
SubSurfaceScatteringMultiplierDay=0.3
After Some more editing of values, and removing clothes to show neck seam
And the preset for that is;
[SUBSURFACESCATTERING]
Quality=0
Radius=5.0
Amount=0.8
EpidermalAmount=20.0
SubdermalAmount=20.0
EpidermalDiffuseSaturation=0.2
SubdermalDiffuseSaturation=0.25
EpidermalMix=0.2
SubdermalMix=0.3
In short Skyrim default face and body textures =< shit though I have seen worse shit = shit.. However, I have seen worse skin mods too so, tough.
If I make an ENBpreset with SSS for the masses based on Skyrim default textures, and people get skin mods, it will possibly look ridiculous. I remember Boris wanted to discuss SSS before making more changes; it will probably end up mod developers have to also come up with their own SSS settings for their textures too.
