Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.401
truely there are some texture modders still creating textures for both LE and SE but for LE with parallax.

Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.401
I dont have any test model to check this visually if will work correctly afer patching and computing eye direction vector. It's not just changing shaders, game may easily set wrong vertex shader not suitable to parallax same as old skyrim do and i must research what kind of shaders will be set to fix them too. Its like a car body which need right size of wheels, not from truck, not from skateboard.

Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.401
A problem I'm having with the new underwater effects is that caustics cause erratic flickering when underwater inside an interior. There are a lot of dungeons/interiors that have water, but you can simply type coc riftenfishery into the console and jump into the water there to test. The light ramps up and down a lot, and when swimming the screen flickers erratically. I can post a video if you like.
Anyone else? (It happens with no mods.)

Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.401
I dont have caustics there, interiors should not have at all.

Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.401
I have also noticed, that in some big dwemer dungeon interiors there are caustics underwater, and these caustics move around when player moves around. (Caustics are attatched to the player)
One particular place is Nchuand-Zel (I havn't checked all huge interiors with water, but the few I have been, have this bug)
If this cannot be corrected, no big deal. Even the slightly buggy caustics are better than no caustics at all.

Yeah I assumed they would turn off indoors, but it seems like it might be trying to still calculate from light bulb sources or something. Here's a video showing two interiors if it's helpful. No mods here except some textures.ENBSeries wrote:I dont have caustics there, interiors should not have at all.

Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.401
Strange. Check statistic if that location for you is interior or not and which weather it is

Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.401
Boris - I can confirm that. Try "coc NchuandZel02" and jump into the water in this location. It's recognized as the interior, location weather works (I use it for a Dwarven ruins) and I can see the caustics underwater (tested with Realistic Water Two and Mindflux's Water for Enb)

Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.401
Sorry, i forgot that do not have helper plugin for SE, that's why don't see issues. I will disable caustics for interiors, they dont have required data.
