Re: Fallout 3 / New Vegas 0.194
Can I get the name of the exact variable that allows me to double the resolution?

Well, I tried using the latest version with that aforementioned variable, and my game now crashes on the first title screen. Is anyone else getting a crash on start up with this version?

Re: Fallout 3 / New Vegas 0.194
No crashes on start-up. I'm still getting crashes on combat sometimes, but that's probably some script mod or just the game giving up. I have the feeling I get somewhat less crashes roaming around even if my graphical memory seems to be more taxed. I don't know how much of this is placebo though. I'm not getting MORE crashes that is, and the black screen is quite rare.

Re: Fallout 3 / New Vegas 0.194
Yeah, my graphics card is more taxed too, it gets considerably hotter, but the game runs much better, especially New Vegas.
And visually it looks better then it ever did now, i just installed a higher version then .161 cause all the versions after .161
i had problems with, .194 is the first one that does everything OK since .161.
Running with Radeon 5870 and latest drivers.

FNV is much more stable and I'm now finally able to work on it properly.

Re: Fallout 3 / New Vegas 0.194
I reverted back to 190 because i am getting transparency issues. The transparency fix option is also missing in this reversion, thus i had transparent weapons in shadows and a transparent layer around my hair that was very obvious. I could still see everything fine but i could also see the transparent layer on the hair.

Re: Fallout 3 / New Vegas 0.194
I deleted transparent fix because users complained about transparency issues "i'm back on 173". Decide somehow between yourselves what actually needed.

Re: Fallout 3 / New Vegas 0.194
well, i have never had any transparency issues in skyrim or here with FO with the transparency fixes in; wout it though i get transparency problems. Things wont be perfect for everyone but i think end users should have the option to mak it true or false.
Either way you have done a great job on these binaries, keep up the great work.

The superb stability in FNV is worth over any little glitches that I don't even notice much myself
