If i understand correctly you need to click save and click apply to see changes.
This worked for Caustics. Dispersion did nothing noticeable.

Re: TES Skyrim 0.229

@Boris
i thought so that removing the blur in skyrimprefs as suggeested is no real solution as it would disable the whole weather blur fog , and the water especially in 1st person would look strange without it being fully transparent in the end, so only the sound would signal you are under water it's indeed a problem hehe i wonder if it might be possible to get some particles spawning under water that could simulate air bubbles going up ?

Im testing changes also now this way ;)

I tried that, can't find any issue with time of the day, it work in any interior properly for me, those which have sky and those which haven't. Try explain again and compare in many places, say where is wrong and how it behave.

Unreal Warfare
Enabling V-Sync in enblocal.ini causes microstutter and decreases average framerate. Disabling V-Sync and running V-Sync through Catalyst Control Center with Triple Buffering results in a smoother experience and a higher framerate.
It's not the problem of the mod, vsync is the same in all games and it always make fps lower. I don't know what you guys talking about with microstutters, this word sounds funny for me, is it specific of non crt displays?
Not being able to edit the majority of parameters of the GUI with the helper plugin installed.
It do not have any affect on the mod, describe better.
Not being able to toggle Dispersion or Caustics via the GUI enablers without the helper plugin installed.
Also nothing in common.

Bubbles in the water? From farting?

Re: TES Skyrim 0.229

I'll do changes to waves soon to make them visible as water, not just reflection, then parallax will be much more noticable (did this in debug versions already).

I'm using an Acer GD245HQ Monitor.

I am aware that V-Sync limits FPS, obviously, but what I am noting is that your V-Sync decreases FPS more than AMD's Driver based V-Sync and also introduces some microstutter while turning (juddering, Google microstutter). FPS averages around 45 FPS.

If I use AMD Driver V-Sync the microstutter is gone, resulting in smoother turning motion and FPS is higher. FPS averages around 50FPS.

I don't know how to describe it better. If I have the helper plugin installed in the enbseries folder I cannot alter most parameters in the ENB GUI unless I uninstall it.

The only parameters I have been able to edit with the helper plugin installed are the main enablers at the top of the GUI and some of the Water parameters. Parameters like Bloom, Volumetric Fog, etc simply show no change when I edit them, even if I save and then apply.
Also nothing in common.
Toggling Dispersion or Caustics has no effect whether the plugin is installed or not, meaning it isn't related to the plugin because the problem persists without it.

Re: TES Skyrim 0.229

Been using Pure Waters with parallax on (recently uploaded by the author Laast) and all I can say is that Boris you continue to impress me. I am using an HD7970 btw and everything works flawlessly.

Unreal Warfare
There is no mine or not mine vsync, as i said it's all the same. You have tripple buffering enabled and it's absolutely different thing.
Parameters like Bloom, Volumetric Fog, etc simply show no change when I edit them, even if I save and then apply.
You have weather enabled, but don't know how to work with it, this is the only thing come to mind.
Toggling Dispersion or Caustics has no effect whether the plugin is installed or not, meaning it isn't related to the plugin because the problem persists without it.
Shaders of water not modified, you did changes to game ini.

Test for amd users who can't run mod. Just check if it work, but water will not be handled.

EDIT: file deleted
