Also, I don't see "ForceFakeVideocard=true" am I suppose to have this in my enbpatch file ??

ForceFakeVideocard parameter added only after some version in the mod, don't remember in which version, so if it exist in enbseries.ini, then set it true. The mod itself (not newest) contain fixes like in AntiFREEZE patch, just set UseEffect=false and it will work same as patch (compare enbpatch.ini and enbseries.ini parameters, if the same exist, set them to equal)

Ooo now all the npc and my character in the game, their hair floats in the air now. Also I checked if my graphics had anything to do with this, I noticed when I remove this patch water gets wayy, like wayyyyy clear. See through clear. So right now the problem is still the same, but this time I had to remove the enbpatch file which made all the characters hair float. I only have the d3d9.dll file which allows me to see Spell and light effects but not water. I also tried the new patches but nothing happens =(.

Oh sry I didn't read properly not the newest, i'll try the old patches.
