Boris, I was wondering if it was possible for ENB to have a snow shader like in GTA V or RDR 2 during it's Christmas event (Both game maps are covered entirely in snow, and there's snow on characters too)

Yes and no. Yes for static picture, no for dynamic moving objects, because no way to detect them and remove from applying shader. It will be very weird if snow placed always on top of any moving character, weapon, armor, etc. I can detect many of them, not far from all. Many things can't be done because of no sources.

No, the only way to use it is to make some mod when all characters in game are dead and nothing moves.

Also, I don't know if this has been reported already, but for Rain Wet Surfaces, turning glossiness values for body reflections below 1 causes black artifacts.
I don't know whether this is intentional, but Self Reflection feature in Water also has the same bug (at least for flowing water).

No matter what i do, can't see any problems with water or wet surfaces and i guess you tell about bloom bugs when input values are negative or too high.
