Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.415

[weteffect] causes my character's skin to be permanently wet, both indoors and outdoors. Simultaneously, it does not cause any wet effects during rains.

Followed the tips / instructions provided in the first 1-3 pages for ideas but none of these worked. Hmm.

Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.415

Have you tried with the default files that come with the enbseries download ?

If not, move all your ENB files from the game directory to some backup folder, then copy all the files from the downloaded enb into the game folder and try.

I also had some problems first. (My solution was the use of multiple weathers system, but it's a harder solution.)

Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.415

Wet surfaces effect applied always. Rain wet surfaces is same effect, but active only at rains. So you must be talking about first one, but need second to enable.

Yeah I've read your issues, it spanned across many pages :P

Okay I have reverted to the default enb files and the wet body is gone, but there is no wet surfaces anywhere now: screen

Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.415

Reflection amount of [WETSURFACES] or [RAINWETSURFACES] must be bigger than 0 to make it visible and it's 0 by default.

Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.415

Indeed. It's random and it is almost always interior objects.

In The Bannered Mare only these two objects are wet (which they shouldn't have been, since you're indoors): Table 1, Table 2

They only outdoors object that I could find being wet was the retextured workbench: Screen

Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.415

I dont see any problem and there is no problem, its simply impossible, all non transparent objects recieve this effect.

Maybe I have achieved the impossible then  Because the [wetsurfaces] effect is clearly not working for me at least even though I followed all the instructions to the letter.

- Interior objects are wet, even though they shouldn't have been.
- Almost every exterior object is not wet, when it is raining.
- Actors are glossy, not wet, even if it is not raining.
