Why not? ReShade has access to the depth buffer, and UI errors aren't visible when it is disabled. Also, despite the complaints, Fallout 4 has some nice visual stuff going on, and some ReShade effects can give the illusion of adding better shading, like Ambient Light.
Yes, I know, but what I am asking is whether it is possible to alter Fallout 4 colors and add same features that existed in Skyrim ENB or not? Right now ENBLocal.ini consists of these:
1. What kind of presets can you create with options/settings/parameters above?
2. Are there parameters that are simply not listed and must be added? What are those parameters - is there a list?
3. Does "UsePatchSpeedhackWithoutGraphics=true" disable ENB features or in-game features? I know it disables some kind of graphics to improve performance, but I can't quite figure it out...
I apologize for being so inquisitive... .

It simply not finished. Simplest code which could be made in half day, but all the time i'm wasting to think if my choice is correct in case of future changes in the game and how should i react on such changes with minimal modifications in own code. Kinda hope that Bethesda change rendering pipeline to more logical version of it.
BTW, ENB for Fallout 4 fixed several issues and allowed for:
iPresentInterval=0
bForceIgnoreSmoothness=1
WITHOUT negatively affecting the game as long as V-Sync and Frame-Limiter are enabled (st to default 61fps)! This fixes a major bug where players get stuck after using a computer terminal and of course it eradicates all mouse acceleration! It even fixed some odd physics I saw earlier where random objects or even NPC's fly up in the sky!
So many thanks for making ENB possible!

Boris I know you have a Nexus account but there is another account claiming to be you "or I am reading it wrong". The person is posting a Reshade/ENBoost. People are believing that your ENB is changing the graphics and I know that is not possible at this time. http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/3099/? - If this is you, sorry for the mistake.
After I posted on his page. He removed your name and ENB from the title. Here is what it looked like. http://i.imgur.com/H9M1yGz.png

Eh... Where is he claiming to be Boris? It's just a Reshade preset with an ENBoost preset included, did you read the page at all?

He edited his page but this is how it looked before http://i.imgur.com/H9M1yGz.png . See how it says 'by me Boris" in the title. Even people in the comments thought it was an ENB "an ugly one at that". I was just trying to clear shit up. Like I said, he fixed it.
Nexus has very strict restrictions on what characters can be used in that field, it's probably meant to read with the underscores as seperators like "[Preset] by me, credits to Boris for ENB and ReShade authors."
