OhKay
May be for your hardware drivers are not completely restored to older and some files still used which hook in to the mod or replace time function. This is abnormal and rather prohibited behavior for any software, i don't understand what is the reason to modify output of that function. Of course i can do the test with only that function screen output which time it reports, but this will not make things simpler and not give any clue what exactly cause this. Don't think that driver patching mod to force that timing message to appear, it have no reason, except may be troll me.

Re: TES Skyrim 0.264
Nothing to do with Nvidia, I have an AMD video card with the latest 14.9 catalyst driver, also AMD cpu, running Windows 7 64.

Re: TES Skyrim 0.264
I'm not seeing the "new version available" message with both the injector or the wrapper dated Oct 20 5:31am. I have the latest win8.1 64bit patches, and the WHQL AMD 14.9 driver.

Re: TES Skyrim 0.264
Ok, what common software do you have installed? Afterburner or something else like that? I've checked, mod is totally fine by all means, it's error on user side and it can be critical if affect other software. May be some skse mod is the same for you?

Re: TES Skyrim 0.264
Just wanted to mention that I do not have this issue on the latest Nvidia drivers (344.80) on a GTX 980. I happen to have MSI Afterburner so I turned it on to see if the issue occurred, but also nothing. Not sure what could be causing it either.
