Oh i keep sampling range 0.1
I think i changed to 0 to see what happens and forgot to change back.
SS and STS is resource intensive yes. I know it from the documentation. But both at 1.0 reduces the SSAO flickering to bare minimum. Makes it comfortable for my eye.
And this setting is made for 0.119 . I may not reduce it until someday a new ENB version makes game super laggy
Screen resolution is 1920x1080
Using a ATI 7970 3GB gives me huge freedom in resource.
With that settings, 2k res texture packs, heavily modded skyrim and ComplexILA + Forced hardware SSAA my FPS lingers around 45 throughout the game. A few places give 30 maybe.
This is my personal setting. Upgrading computer frequently is my hobby and i like to push my hardware working to its max limit.
I keep testing 0.120 in more places. I will post if i find any new problems.

@Boris :
Thanx for the link to Matso's preset ! It was a pleasure working with him, he's so talented.
And good luck with those damn reflections !
The more I play with, the more I find the new SSAO_SSIL fantastic. Especially the SSIL, some textures and creatures are really amazing with it now.

Re: TES Skyrim 0.120 beta
Call this another vote for *not* doing away with hardware AA. And, at least on my rig, with.120 installed, AA on in the drivers and Skyrim, I got a lot of CTDs, even though AA settings weren't taking effect in the game. It took me awhile to realize that by "no aa" you actually meant it is disabled in .120, not that you didn't implement hardware AA as part of enb in this version. I'm also not a fan of SMAA because I get weird artifacts when looking through anything that uses transparent textures. SMAA causes anything I look at, for example, through a fire to be surrounded by a transparent halo that moves around very visibly. Not to mention that AA through nvidia's drivers gives a lot more options than just no AA, FXAA, or MSAA.

What do you want from me? I said antialiasing not supported and whatever you do it will not work in 0.120 or the mod will not work if it forced. There is no way to keep hardware antialiasing and create reflections and new ssao (performance will be multiple times lower).

@Boris :
you said that SSAO quality and details were not perfect in 0.120 for now (although I already find it FAR better than in 0.119 ).
Would it take you less time and less efforts to finish fine-tuning it first, and finish reflections after ?

Re: TES Skyrim 0.120 beta
Already thinking about this way, because of issues with reflection.

Re: TES Skyrim 0.120 beta
.... Yes, I understand that. The SSAO improvements are already REALLY something. Can't imagine if you achieve better results

Agreed with Oyama, a fine-tuned SSAO will be fantastic! Thanks for all your work on this Boris!

Re: TES Skyrim 0.120 beta
I hate to say this...but I don't like 0.120 SSAO. It's too strong and noisy on grass and if I reduce it to make grass look good, then I can't see any shadow or "depth" on small-medium sized objects (table, chair, bottles, stairs, etc). Of course this is a subjetive and non technical opinion and I hope those are some of the things that will get improved. Boris, don't get mad
@Oyama
Yes SSIL is very noticeable everywhere and looks great, just not on those icebergs, I tried complex too.

Re: TES Skyrim 0.120 beta
I said about grass already. Some don't have normals at all and such rendered with normal perpendicular to camera, but in previous versions all normals were generated from depth. Render such grass to mask and then generate normals the old way? Is that cost performance? Guess not.
