Tested 0.188. I still have the sun bug.
I am using 326.01 WHQL, from the next branch.
Maybe I forgot something.

Re: TES Skyrim 0.187
First, i don't know where you got whql driver of such version, because it's not officially present on nvidia.com. Second, i fixed only for 320.49. Don't want to do workaround for each driver version, will see.
EDIT: see it, it's win8 driver. okay, this definetly not my business.

Re: TES Skyrim 0.187
Tested with it because it's exactly the same issue, since 320.xx. So if I understand correctly, it's only a specific hack for 320.49, not other nor future versions.
Will revert to 320.49 to test.
Edit : Sorry, same thing with 320.49. I'll investigate.

Re: TES Skyrim 0.187
without web whole night.. wanted to report earlier :>
last 0.187 dll you posted (tested 20 times) and 0.188 (tested a few times) works on every load so far
last 0.187 dll worked really smooth, steady framerate
Noticed 0.188 sometimes IgnoreLoadingScreen dont work and sun still visible thru landscape/objects with 320.49 WHQL.
Im using Windows 8, but can revert to Windows 7 if needed. However this have not been a problem lately and I use both OS almost daily without much problems :>
326.01 was released for Windows 8.1 Preview 2 days after 320.49 Beta was released for WinXP/7/8 :>
Id guess it is same driver except "maybe" it has new 11.2 features included, so either way 320.49 WHQL is the latest :>

Re: TES Skyrim 0.187
Boris
So, if I understand well, 0.188 should be fixing sun issues on 320.49 + Win7 , but not above, OS and drivers wise ?... just to be sure.
On a side note, I was pretty suprised when testing 0.187 with very high resolutions. Performance @ 3840x2160 was a TON better...
I also tried with scales over 1.00 and was still really better than in 0.186.
I kept Old Type to false, didn't have any try with it set to true.
So, did you make ANY change to NEW SSAO code ? Is it still responding the exact same way than in 0.186 ?

326.01 solves too other bugs and performance loss on certain games.Yersinia79 wrote:without web whole night.. wanted to report earlier :>

Oyama
No, i didn't changes to ssao, except UseOldType=true.

TO ALL
I did fix for 320.49 driver for WinXP x86 and running with GF9600GT, if same driver not work for you, then it's actually not same because of target OS or/and videocard model. There is no way to make anything else from my side, i said that many times, it's doomed idea for single person like me. The same story with any other software or d3d9 wrappers, they all not supported whatever you say.

If you say so, then i can't fix your problem. Version 0.187 (which i posted in my message on previous page yesterday for testing) have restored shader compilation and creation functions from pre 0.187 version, so i can understand if something better now for you, except your report regarding problem even with first loading, this case is unlogical for any scenario i thought. Version 0.188 do not have that old code restored, it's exactly like 0.187 in download section of site, so if you don't have problems running 0.188 i can't fix bug as it not exist or floating.last 0.187 dll you posted (tested 20 times) and 0.188 (tested a few times) works on every load so far
Forgot about this thing.Noticed 0.188 sometimes IgnoreLoadingScreen dont work

Re: TES Skyrim 0.187
Alright, testing if 0.188 with AMD is broken or not now
Report in 5 min
Edit:
No bugs yay
But Boris, there is no point getting so angry over AMD. Big companies always do things like that to rival companies. I just laugh at things like this and use whatever i like to use.
