Yes, if memory manager enabled.

Re: Fallout 3 / New Vegas 0.267
So not to go off-topic and bring out Fallout 4 again but... Ok this is exactly that.
According to Gamespot, Bethesda (via Todd Howard) stated at E3 that FO4 will run 1080p 30fps on all platforms. That means locked 30fps on PC... Are they insane???? http://www.gamespot.com/articles/fallou ... 0-6428362/
EDIT: Ok, I may have jumped the gun... http://www.forbes.com/sites/jasonevange ... fps-on-pc/

Re: Fallout 3 / New Vegas 0.267
is it possible to include the changes to bloom.fx that have been done to skyrim 254+ (prods stuff) to fallout enb? depth in bloom.fx and so on.
so it would be possible to use most of the skyrim ENB Setup for fallout, without having to use other shaders / redo everything?

No, it doesn't spawn. When enbhost.exe has 1,7 GB of RAM and Fallout.exe has at least 1 GB, game crashed. No enbhost.exe2 come. Latest pure enb, latest patch, stable mod-build and

benhat
I don't know, probably. Steam won't launch for me any more and any game with it leads to turn off the pc, so i can't modify games now. Will check it later.

enbhost.exe cannot spawn if it's not in game folder, if game folder is modified by other process, if some application blocking it from starting (like Avast).

Re: Fallout 3 / New Vegas 0.267
Antivirus is off, enbhost in game folder. Can SweetFX dll block spawn? Also, is it possible to spawn enbhost.exe2 forciby, after first one has at least 1-1,5 GB loaded?

Re: Fallout 3 / New Vegas 0.267
SweetFX cannot block enbhost.exe spawning, fose plugins may do that. And you can't spawn another enbhost.exe before the first one have 4 gb memory used. Starting processes manually do nothing at all, because for the mod they need to be started from the mod with specific command lines (bad antiviruses like Avast do something to command line).

4 GBs? It can't get over than 2,5 GB of RAM - after this game crashed.

Re: Fallout 3 / New Vegas 0.267
1) for sure you don't have pro tools to measure memory usage of the process
2) game crash and memory usage by enbhost.exe have nothing in common
