Re: TES Skyrim 0.123
So my sunrays are still way too short and compact, I swear they were nice and long before I updated to 0.122, and 0.123 didn't make any difference. Are there any other related paramemeters I should be aware of other than "sunraymultiplyer=0.4"? Increasing this value doesn't help.

Re: TES Skyrim 0.123
Boris, what do you think about replacing default skyrim water reflections with ENB reflections?

New Enb poster here, long time user though.
Got to say, this new version is pretty amazing, can't wait to see what else can be achieved!

Re: TES Skyrim 0.123

Re: TES Skyrim 0.123
@Svarog: This is a beta driver not WHQL

Aye, it's just a WHQL candidate. That said, I have had zero problems in my testing so far running my own HD6 derived preset.

Re: TES Skyrim 0.123
Which is kind of my point. It has potential, but I can't consider it a priority unless it's just what Boris has a strong desire to work on at this time. If that's what he wants to work on, then that's the deciding factor. If he wants input on what to work on, then I would vote for something else, like maybe revisiting the problem with SSAO and transparency. I know he's said this is a limitation, but I hold out hope that his genius will strike and we'll get a better SSAO/transparency.pondcypress wrote:They look nice in the right places, and bloody awful in the wrong ones is the best I can describe it. It really depends on the texture/specular.narphous wrote:
I personally don't find the reflections that beneficial, or even noticable. I turn the on, I turn them off, and I don't really notice much one way or the other unless I'm actually looking for it. And when I do see it, my general reaction is "ewwww". I understand it's the latest shiny bit from Boris, but it's hardly the be all and end all when there are bigger bugs and enhancements to squash that would benefit more people.
But it's not something I keep on, I only turn it on in certain areas, with the only intention of taking a SS of the reflection.

Lenz reflections are in the end of enbbloom shader, added to bloom mixing result.
ishmaeltheforsaken
AOMixingType - at this moment values valid 0,1,2,3,4 and description wrote in the first post of 0.122 version topic.
AOIntensity - parameter is an addition to previous ssao controlling, when close to 1-2, it looks very similar to ssao amount, but it's really not. Amount is pow() function applied to ssao (for better understanding by users), but intensity is multiplier, so if set too big, then smallest changes in ssao from white to gray will be ignored and clamped.
AOType - at this moment value 0 and 1 only valid, just internal math of ssao (not ssil) computation, hard to explain, just look at the character near by 1-5 meters in cloudy weather and compare screenshots.
Patney
Okay, i'll do another or better allow to choose several sun rays.
DigitalPrinceX
I don't want to touch water now, there are too many issues with it which must be fixed first.
Svarog
If i'll upgrade videocard, then probably fix for 310 drivers will be done, because not many drivers exist for latest nvidia cards which i'm targeting.

Re: TES Skyrim 0.123
(Edit: NVM, seems to be a Climates of Tamriel incompatibility with 123's ssao )
I've come across a bug (possibly) with the moons in v0.123 . I also still tend to get small pitch black patches in far off landscapes every once in a while, depending on viewpoint angle. Also put in v0.119 and it does not happen with that version.
ENB off,
