Loving the new IBL thing, but I noticed something that might be a problem.
The ReflectiveAmount settings are very nice for giving a sort of simple reflection to shiny things like metal edges when outdoors, but I can only put it to 0,2 or so before the back of the eyesockets on the head mesh start reflecting THROUGH the eyes. The exact amount needed probably varies a bit depending on weather and whatever face specularity maps people use, but I expect it won't be hard to reproduce.
Hope you can take a look at it. We could probably work around it by just making sure the spec map is just full black in the eye socket section, but if a problem shows up in one place, it can always be in another where someone hasn't spotted it yet too.

And a general question about it: It uses the colour and brightness of the sky, correct? Does this include upper clouds, lower clouds, stars, aurora or things like that, or does it only use the "background" gradient part of it?

About rain, and as it has said before, it would be really awesome to get the "wet surfaces during rain" effect, as in games like Stalker. This is one of the most things I miss in Skyrim. Don't know if this is practicable or not, it's just an idea...

Eyes and eyes brows are buggy for all depth based effects, because how the drawed in the game, without depth and transparent. What i did now is greater improvement against old versions to partially fix issue and very sceptical about future fixes for that.
IBL includes sky with clouds. No stars, no aurora borealis, no sun, no moons. Sun is already generate lighting as direct light, everything else don't have high intensity to be much visible as ibl.

@JawZ: Those mods don't produce wet surfaces during rain. ;)
They only let rain drops fall from your character during rain.

About the rain effect: I don't like the rain effect you showed us on the screenshots...

Ну да, едж детект нормально работает в паре с прозрачностью из панели нв, ничего не отключается.
А вот тут вопрос - когда включаю амбиент окклюжн и приседаю, то щит прозрачным становится - видно траву там через него, - это неотъемлемая часть или какой-нибудь настройкой отключается?
И ещё момент - у меня днём как-то не светло, как будто яркость до 10% понизили на мониторе. Да и вечера - всё довольно как то томно. Ночь выглядет нормально и поздний вечер - а вот всё остальное как то тускло всё, приглушёенно. Как это можно было бы отрегулировать? Спасибо.

пс: Как установил мод дней 5 назад так и перестал играть в скайрим - сижу настраиваю енб без конца -))

Ah, I was afraid it would be something like that. At least I can happily report that simply making that particular part of the specular map black is a perfectly acceptable workaround, since that would normally be hidden either way.
Good to hear it accounts for clouds, it was those overcast weathers I was worried about.

I will not do motion blur for rain drops, it's performance is 25% from ssao. And when it's enabled and hdr correctly configured, rain math is equal to reality, so you may like it or not, i ignore.

"Прозрачность" это проблема игры, глубина объектов от первого лица неверна.
Яркость и прочее - качайте настройки готовые, я не могу проконсультировать из-за непомерного разнообразия параметров (на всякий случай, bFloatingPointTarget=1 проверьте в skyrimprefs.ini). Не тратьте время впустую, создавая с нуля.
