Stutter when looking on to water is normal, it means that driver is busy (and videocard), some frames are fast and about once per second looks like time stuck. Too high resolution / supersampling / forced anisotropic filtering in drivers or by some tools / too high displacement quality in enbseries.ini - these factors affect performance. Uncompressed textures of water also affect performance in bad way. I don't know how to optimize displacement (parallax occlusion culling actually) without precomputations even when water invisible (under terrain), i'll try to do some experiments, but for sure idea is doomed, i can't make workaround for some game specific things.
Yes, looks exactly this way. I'm playing in 1680x1050, no aa(cept yours), af from ENB x16.
No problem ,i'll just turn the displacement off, and wait until someone makes a graphics card that will worth the upgrade.

Parallax occlusion culling is too heavy effect which depends from video memory bandwidth, it's one of famous bottlenecks and you will wait 5-8 years just to get 1.5-2 times faster performance with it. As i said, will try to find some solution.

Modd31
Do tests which i attaching, this is the only chance for AMD/ATI users as my test card is dead.

With this I don't have the water/underwater issue anymore, just a weird thing about the menus: they become dark.
Both the ingame menu with "esc" and the main menu at the game start are dark.
Well, I can live with that but I suppose it's important to report it.

Re: TES Skyrim 0.239

I have no idea how menus can be affected, they are absolutely free from processing. Try attached version, press "end" key about second and give me enbseries.log generated.

EDIT: press when looking on to water

EDIT: file deleted

Re: TES Skyrim 0.239

I have to attach the log because it's quite long, with the latest test version you posted I don't have the menu issue but I have again the water bug.
I pressed the "end" button while looking at the water like you told me, basically it turns blue/violet and then it starts to shine like in the screenshots I posted before.

EDIT: file deleted

Have you tried updating to the latest beta driver: 13.11beta9.5? 13.4 is actually fairly old now... I think the latest non-beta is 13.8 so a driver update might be in order...

Okay, i'll make another test after analyze, give me some time.

Driver doesn't matter in this case, game use very different code for amd and nvidia cards.

I have AMD latest Beta Driver and have had no issues at all with the latest binaries. Never even had the problems with which the newest update was supposed to fix. This is really wierd.

Another test for amd users, don't know if it work or not, so check if ssao is visible and no water bugs.

Re: TES Skyrim 0.239

The test4 fixed the issue for my AMD xfire 13.10beta2.
Here's the image from Dragonreach using the official download.
This capture shows the reflection moved as I panned the camera.
