Re: TES Skyrim 0.252
I had a similar issue when I had SkyrimPrefs.ini AA on and UseDefferedRendering=true, but I have not had that issue now since I turned off AA. I'm using AMD14.3beta right now, and no issue.Madpaddy wrote:Well thanks for all the help guys but it still hasn't fixed it,the only other thing i can think off is the recent ATI beta driver, will roll back when i get a chance, was hoping someone had,had the same thing so i didn't feel such an idiot lol. Thanks again i may have to live with it.

Sounds like a trouble with occlusion planes. Those are defined in .esp/.esm files, so this can be a faulty mod, or a loadorder issue.Madpaddy wrote:Well thanks for all the help guys but it still hasn't fixed it,the only other thing i can think off is the recent ATI beta driver, will roll back when i get a chance, was hoping someone had,had the same thing so i didn't feel such an idiot lol. Thanks again i may have to live with it.

This is the problem,on the left its not just missing textures actual scenery disappears, but only at certain camera angles. Will try it with no mods at all but i only have a few texture mods and the ui mods you can see and had no problem up until i started a new game after a reinstall to move the game directory.
EDIT: files deleted

Re: TES Skyrim 0.252
Boris according to changelog leaks Skyrim is going to get @ 25% Performance improvement with the Beta Driver that's going to be released today lets all hope it wont bring major problems for ENB , some say they reached the improvement by using tiled resources though that makes no sense to me as uGrids is already somekind of tiled resource isn't it ?
Anyway lets just Pray that everything is going to be a painless transition for everyone

Both AMD and Nvidia make such claims with new driver releases... and usually you'll only see the claimed performance gain in very specific situations.

Edit: works great, little gain, perhaps more like %10 in performance. ENB running just fine... all good
