Re: TES Skyrim 0.239
Bottom sky hemisphere covered by cloud layer, i don't know when it's used by game with texture, always thought that nothing drawed there. First, i need to separate it somehow from other clouds, then decide what exactly to do with it, hard to say.

Re: TES Skyrim 0.239
Well, i simply removed all clouds from bottom, so only fog properties affect background.

Hmm, i see the bug, but have no idea yet why it happen, thanks for report.
Fireplace bug happen because it's shader not detected by signatures, so i patched it manually without paying attention to required data for particle lights, so it's simple to fix and done already.

Re: TES Skyrim 0.239
Opethfeldt;
Good initiative to bring up the issue that is nr28
Boris;
That Cloud layer uses a simple alpha texture with an RGB intensity of 4 out of 255. That allows the game engine to draw in color assigned in the Cloud layer tab in the weather window, the same one Opethfeldt displayed in his posted pic.
I hope that only affects the cloud layer nr28 by the removal of all bottom cloud layers.

Screenshots not required any more.
--JawZ--
I don't know what that layer is supposed to show in game, guess someone else will post another bug report that this cloud layer not work any more

Re: TES Skyrim 0.239
Boris;
I don't know the purpose behind it maybe to blend the colors between horizon and fog and/or the "sea", but that was a stupid move on Bethesda's part.
It only adds a RGB color placed at the location between horizon and "sea level". That's its whole function as far as I've been able to tell, no technical or script based or other visual purpose than to add a solid RGB color value.
hehe yeah that is very likely, I wouldn't bet against it at least.

Version updated, download again
Fixed bug of bright fireplace when particle lighting enabled and lower sky hemisphere affected by clouds intensity (all clouds below horizon set to completely transparent)

Jawz:
yeah that's the only purpose apparently
Boris,
Thanks, I did a quick test and all good. And before someone come to say it's not working, cloud layer nº28 has to be empty (vanilla uses a blank texture called SkyrimCloudsFill.dds)

Re: TES Skyrim 0.239
I don't see the sun rays anymore on all 239 files even with the game default sun texture files. Is this just me or can someone confirm?
