There is a mod for the Helmet-hud, its almost the same(applies transparent texture of the screen with broken and dirty glass, if youre wearing combat helmet, for example).

Yeah it's called project nevada. One of the best mod for NV.

The Fallout 3 counterpart is called Helmet POV, and i'm currently working on new textures for it ( high-res, the standard ones are not so good ).

Is it possible to divide ambient lighting for night AND interiors? Cause theyre linked with each other. Its not hard, though, for me to make an esp with severly lowered ambient lighting for wasteland at nights to compensate for the higher ambient lighting of the interiors, but maybe its possible using enb, so that i wont have to mess with DLC weathers too. And Fallout 3.

А можно ли разделить настройки амбиента у ночи и помещений, ибо они используют одни и те же настройки в енб? Я для вегаса делаю плагин, там сильно занижен амбиент по ночам, чтобы компенсировать повышенный через енб для зданий, но может это реально сделать и через енб? В фоллаут 3 полегче, ибо там мало погод, всего штук 10 или около того.

Hard to say, fallout differ very much from skyrim, it's more like oblivion, i should travel everywhere in the game to find difference between interior and exteriour scenes.

Не знаю, в фаллауте очень большие отличия по сравнению со скайримом, он больше на обливион смахивает, надо бегать по локациям и искать отличия между интерьером и экстерьером.

Ну вообще, в редакторе главное отличие - они не используют внешние погоды. Можно составить список либо погод, либо внутренних локаций, если это поможет. Хотя с локациями сложнее, ибо их еще сотни добавляется модами.
