http://www.techpowerup.com/164573/AMD-t ... -12.7.html

And this is true in their "supported chipsets" list starting from 12.7 drivers, the oldest series supported is 5xxx. I'm not going to start making weird experiments unless you can tell me for certain (confirmed by someone) that their latest drivers actually work with my card. Because oficially they don't, they shouldn't even install on my system.

For ATI drivers the rule is:
The best driver is that one, which was released the last before new videocard model and driver for it was released.
So for Radeon 4xxx find which is first driver for HD5xxx and download previous. The same for NVidia, but less problematic, mostly.

Boris, the first driver for HD5xxx is 9.11 This means I would have to download and install 9.10 I have 12.6 installed right now...

Anyway, if others with ATI cards will not report this issue I'm having, it means that I need to change my card because it's too old anyway or there's something wrong with my particular setup of the game, maybe a combination of visual enhancement mods, even though I repeat the fact that this problem is not manifesting in .119

Re: TES Skyrim 0.138

There are many users here who reported tons of bugs with 12.6
