Now I can use the ENB, but for a while remains frozen at the beginning, I have not timed, but you can reach the minute ... is not it strange?

Re: GTA 5 0.275
I will not work on the mod for gta games any more, anybody may argue, but i did decision based on pure stats and discussed this with friends modders who did the mods for gta. R* did everything to ruin modding, i'll better wait for fallout or any other long live project. The only possibility for me to do something with gta5 is when i'll decide to play it (which is unlikely, i'm sick of being nigga gansta boy for beating and listen tons of swearing, only prosititues and firemans are good persons in the game).

It's problem on your side, shaders recompilation takes much less time and delay is in about 3 seconds summary on my rig.

Crapware and antivirus are #1 culprits. Maybe SweetFX and ReShade affect shader compilation time, if you have them installed. Nothing else came to mind.

It is very strange. the Welcome screen where the logo appears ENB this defragmented, there remains frozen for about a minute, then everything runs smoothly, but it is strange, the hard drive is mechanical but is new and
Do not use antivirus not reshade or similar use, only use the mod visualV and custom textures and enb

Re: GTA 5 0.275
I can't help. Mod do nothing at game startup and only when some texts and game logo appear (before copyright screen) game compiles shaders which mod recompile and it's the only time when it freezing. Potentially long time freeze may happen (if not crapware and no antivirus) when cpu have only one-two cores or affinity mask assigned to low amount of cores. May be higher or lower priority of game process may cause the issue.

Re: GTA 5 0.275
It is strange, because if I remove the d3d11.dll the game automatically starts without freezing, I have no antivirus program nor any application firewall that can block some element.
The only thing that has changed is that previously worked in SSD and mechanical drive now, but if I remove the dll there is so much expected.
The team is 2700k @ 4.5GHz - 8gb ram - Gtx970 - HX850

Re: GTA 5 0.275
One random idea. Make sure shader caching in nvidia control panel not enabled. I've seen this as new feature in some driver.

Re: GTA 5 0.275
If you ever do decide to work on GTA 5 again I hope you take a look at the shadow box issue I mentioned awhile back. I think that alone would please a lot of people. I play on retail so I don't really check steam statistics or know what it looks like at this point. I do know the shadow box issues is one that I hear about a lot so if you were to ever fix it I'd say it would bring in a lot of users.

Re: GTA 5 0.275
This is one of the last things users worry about, even many times requested on gtaforums vehicles damage limit had no impact on popularity of ENBSeries. Sorry, but i do not accept any arguments about gta mod development (any gta game), you guys live in your own small world and prefer to ignore objective statistics, the truth that game is still alive only because of online.
