Quick test with GTX580, performance looks about the same so far.

Re: TES Skyrim 0.154 beta
Slight performance changes for complex effects only, but most improvements for ssao/ssil, so ignore if it's not enabled.

Re: TES Skyrim 0.154 beta
Last 314.07 WHQL drivers - All effects on, besides reflections. Complex AO and Complex IL on.
SLI 2x580 3GB SLI, with SSAO scales at 1.0 ---> 5 to 7 FPS more @1080p
SLI 2x690 4GB SLI, scales at 1.0 ---> 5 to 10 FPS more @1440p, 5 FPS more @1620p
What kind of withcraft is that ? What did you do ???

Re: TES Skyrim 0.154 beta
Yup it seems it works much quicker now, i've had a performance increase of somewhere between 5fps to sometimes even 10fps, very good job. Thank you

Re: TES Skyrim 0.154 beta
Hi, I played it for some hours today. I didnt find any bad things happen with gtx680.
edit.
Hi. I played some more. I am not sure on performance change as i did not manage to get out the the most taxing areas. also visually . since im in the middle of some changes i dunno. Did forget to mention i am using the 31407 whql drivers also.

Re: TES Skyrim 0.154 beta
So far the only thing I've really noticed is that it takes longer to start the game, and if I alt-tab out and go back in, that also takes longer. Hitting the key to reload the config takes longer as well, so it seems like this is all related. Not really a bit deal, but it's enough of a difference that I wondered if the game had hung a few times. .153 takes about .5 second to reload the config. .154 is taking around 2-3 seconds, and around 4-5 seconds when the game first starts. Again, not a big deal, just surprised me. 314.07 and 680 GTX.
