TES Skyrim 0.171 beta

The Elder Scrolls Skyrim (TES Skyrim, Скурим Свитки)

Graphic mod ENBSeries 0.171 beta

Test of temporal antialiasing, same as i released in some old beta (0.157 probably). I expecting bugs with restoration of matrices and they looks mostly like heavily stretched semitransparent screen. If you see it for short period of time, try to understand (and describe here) what cause artifact, specific area or action. Ignore quality of effect itself, i'll do it when will be sure it work.

Re: TES Skyrim 0.171 beta

Hi Boris,
I just notice a strange behaviour of fogcolorcurve on certain weather, even if i think it's there for a while.
I like to have really desaturated fog, so I use pretty low values.
Everything work fine in clear weather (81a), transitions are pretty smooth from 0 to wathever, but when i'm in weather 0x0010E1E9, there's a big jump between 0 and 0,01 (fog goes blue).
I tried at 12 o'clock, so pure day, and to have desaturated fog, I need a fogcolorcurve at 0 even for fogcolorcurveSunrise, or it goes directly blue.
Is it a game bug or Enb bug ?

Fog a clear weather

I also notice a bug with Temporal AA activated, stranges verticals Stripes when I turn the camera. I don't know if it's the kind of bugs you are expecting.

By the way, thanks for the Grey GUI, my eyes are gratefull ;)

It's not because something with for curves, it's how fog set in that weather.
Those vertical lines appear in certain condition? Describe when, how.

offtopic: one of buddy purchased hd7850 and sent it back to the shop, because of white screen of death when working in firefox, photoshop, etc. Also saw many posts that hd7770 even with stock frequency do not work in heavy games and require replacement. So i can't upgrade videocard to amd/ati as i'm very unlucky person. ANd i can't upgrade to nvidia because of conflict in their driver for chipset and videocard of gtx 6xx series for winxp.

Boris

Same than DigitalPrinceX here. I didn't notice any weird thing, and it behaves the same way previous TAA attempt was.
BTW, no more "enable" parameter for TAA in the .ini ? Or am I missing something ?
Also, a question I'm asking myself, why did you reintroduce the " IgnoreThreadPriority " in latest versions ? (if I remember well, it dissapeared from 0.155 or even before).
Did this function's purpose change or has it to behave differently than in the past ?

I see TAA in my ini, it generated right below EdgeAA
Also same question from me too. IgnoreThreadPriority actually affect something? When enabled i did not find any noticeable difference.

Offtopic : Both cards you said are with stupid boost feature. Totally unstable and not worth the risk. Have you checked 7870 GHz edition? I find this one best among all 7000 series considering performance, stability and price. Stock clock speed 1GHz no boost or overclock crap. It was my previous card and i only changed it because i got a lucky offer for 7970 GHz edition, which is also good. Both cards never caused BSOD. All BSOD or WSOD i have are because of bad RAM.

Performance wise 7870 is good enough to run all current games out there (Tested with my friend's pc). Of course if someone wants to use super high resolution with 8xSSAA then cry about performance then he is a idiot.

Quick tip about AMD cards - Avoid all with boost feature.

Yep, true. Was just asking myself why it was not apparent in the *default* file. Doesn't matter, for sure, it's not important at all.

Re: TES Skyrim 0.171 beta

Oyama, DigitalPrinceX
TemporalAA activation is in GUI, i forgot to add var inside enbseries.ini.
IgnoreThreadPriority is obsolete, tried with it to fix issues with scripts, but no luck. Thanks, i removed it now.

DigitalPrinceX
offtopic: i don't want powerful videocard, it's waste of money because i don't play games and too fast cards means harder to measure performance changes of optimization process.

Really ? I'm learning everyday. This, I couldn't think of.
So the "best" (statistically efficient) hardware for users is not the best one for designers in all cases... good to know.
