ReduceSystemMemoryUsage=false - enbhost not working then, it not started by the mod at all with this value set to false. Try ReservedMemorySizeMb=32 and ReduceSystemMemoryUsage=true.

I'm playing full screen, and alt-tab behaves same where I have to do select Skyrim twice from desktop to see the game again.

This seems always the same.

If you came here to complain and still prefer to not say what hardware it is, don't waste my time, i'll not reply next time and nobody will.

To all
Let's summarize results for ReduceSystemMemoryUsage=true.
1) 0.200 have less stuttering and fps in general.
2) 0.200 don't differ from 0.201 by stuttering and fps if VRAM amount is huge (2gb+).
3) free vram key elliminate stuttering and fps drop.
4) 0.201 allow to load saved games which was infine or freezed in 0.200.
Is this correct?

Sounds correct, but 0.201 got alittle stutter compared to 0.200 even with 4GB :)

(using ugrids=7)
Sometimes I can still get infinite load screens, seems to be about half the time. (with limited testing)
I can still get the game to freeze, even when RAM and VRAM usage < 3GB (without hitting freeVram key)

Edit: I did notice that TESV + ENBHOST RAM usage was > 3GB

Ugrids=5, was super smooth and stable.

No problems with FPS/stuttering.

Seem to have found the problem that was causing freezes on fast travel loads at low memory usage, I had bSelectivePurgeUnusedOnFastTravel=1 set my skyrimprefs.ini, no repeat freezes since I removed it

Boris

Thanks for your feedback

I checked windows task manager and it shows enbhost.exe running and was using 797,436k, TESV mem usage 2,233,444k, so it appears enbhost is running if not working properly for me (using v0.200 for now)

Will have to experiment further with ReservedMemorySizeMb value to find good balance between VRAM and RAM usage

Any ideas what might cause game to just CTD when using Alt-Tab back into game?

ExpandSystemMemoryX64=true
ReduceSystemMemoryUsage=true
DisableDriverMemoryManager=true
DisablePreloadToVRAM=false
ReservedMemorySizeMb=512
EnableUnsafeMemoryHacks=false

EnableVSync=true // fullscreen

VRAM 3GB RAM 8GB

It worked for a while but now it doesn't again, issue appeared before 0.201.

Edit: Weird now it started working again though I reran apply settings from the game but also didn't use Skyrim Performance Monitor will recheck if the issue appears with the monitor.
Edit2: Seems the Performance Monitor can break Alt-Tab -should have guessed. Well it's not really a problem.

@Boris

I had to delete about 3/4 of my last post because it was "too spammy". Not my fault that I can't post valuable info due to these limitations. Sorry to have wasted your time. I'll just revert back to 0.199 and leave you be.

Duke, What are your system specs?

CPU?
RAM?
Videocard?
Operating system?

This is the information Boris is looking for....
