Antivirus blocking it probably, add enbhost to exclusion list. Or try injector version.

Just did test it again and same result :(. The enbhost work before Boris when I find about your CTD and Boost. When i use .198 or 200 the enbhost worked. Now its not and at that time its wasnt in the exclusion list.

Thanks for the help guys, I gave it a try and played for a few hours. Strange thing though, with the VideoMemorySizeMb set at 10240, it made my game a bit very stuttery/laggy, so I assumed that was because I have other processes running, so I changed it to 6144 and all seems well, still stuttering but not a bad and mainly in wide open spaces with masses of flora, trees e.t.c... But anyway the weird thing is my GPU's which would normally peak at 99% during gameplay only reached 91% and I have more HD texture packs and higher setting on shadows and stuff :-\ Bit strange, is that normal???

Higher settings on shadows shouldn't actually effect GPU performance as they're calculated by the CPU in Skyrim (I'm guessing that's not the case with ENB Detailed Shadows if that's the quality you increased). It could be that for whatever reason that run wasn't as demanding as usual. I also had problems when I set my memory value to extremely high levels. I have mine set to 4096 and it's been very smooth.

Shadows not calculated on CPU, don't reproduce every shit said by incompetent users.
