Jafin16 UsePatchSpeedhackWithoutGraphics=true means no graphics. And i don't want to discuss ENBoost, i'm tired from subjective haters who blame me in all their problems. SamEkinci Textures can't do anything and even meshes can't, if those fishes aren't visible in vanilla of course. |

Phinix Great vid, mate! Thank you! RWT is my favourite water mod too, and it's easy to distinguish vanilla water to the water mods. Vanilla looks more or less just like a moving plane. I think Skyrim water looks incredible now with the caustics and shadows and all. Too bad I don't just play the game anymore. I just have it open together with an effect file and the GUI all the time. Without ENBseries I would not have Skyrim installed at all. Boris Quote: And i don't want to discuss ENBoost, i'm tired from subjective haters who blame me in all their problems. Don't listen to them, please. They don't even know the difference between ENBoost and Hialgo. |

Boris After testing I have found the reason using below values; Picture 1: This is the Vanilla with dispersion effect enabled, fish and the depth looks very good. If you look closely you will barely some other fish that are deeper in water, which is very realistic. The fish on the right closer to surface looks as real as well, but you can only see the problem in vanilla water when there is movement, which makes it hardly noticeable. In fact at first I didnt think Vanilla had the problem. ![]() Picture 2: This is with dispersion effect on and pure waters, notice the mixture of colors almost a lens effect. I believe someone made a post about this not too long ago but I cannot seem to find that post. ![]() Picture 3: This is with dispersion effect and pure waters a comparison shot of Picture 1. Notice the colours on the fish that is closest to the surface, it has that same colourful effect you see in Picture 2. I have noticed that this makes the fish or objects that are closer to or on surface noticeable even in greater distance. ![]() Picture 4: This is the vanilla with dispersion on while swimming, a comparison shot of picture 2. I have noticed that whether it is maxed or lowered dispersion value has no effect on the colourful effect, even though it changes the intended effect. ![]() Due to this colourful effect things in water closer to or on surface can be seen from a great distance. In case you havent seen it in the last image, I have included my preset values in the last image for WATER, do you think there is some adjustments I can make to compensate? Am I doing something wrong? Or better yet can you steer me in the direction of making/finding a fix for this? Thank you, and I hope it doesnt get lost in translation, I really enjoy all of these effects and its amazingly good work.. Kudos. PS. I apologize if this was talked before, as I mentioned I couldnt find the post I believe I saw. [WATER] EnableDispersion=true EnableParallax=true EnableCaustics=true EnableShadow=true ReflectionAmount=1.0 FrennelMultiplier=1.7 FrennelMax=1.0 FrennelMin=0.2 DispersionAmount=1.0 CausticsAmount=3.2 |

SamEkinci, Pure Waters has always made the fish more visible farther out. I used to use Pure Waters and this was my biggest problem with it. You could see the fish underwater from very far away. As far as it's concerned, it has nothing to do with Boris' ENB water effects. |

Joshua No I get that part, I realize pure waters as the title says makes waters clearer. I think I didnt elaborate enough, I am speaking of the colourful effect dispersion causes that becomes more apparent closer the objects are to surface. This causes fish or any object to pop out in distance very colourfuly almost as if they are out of water. I will try to take a better screenshot to use it as an example of the issue. EDIT* Below are more pictures of what I was referring to.. Sorry I keep using fish as an example, its easier to point it out, this happens with almost any object, say a bucket in water in a dungeon. Notice how that colourful effect make them look as if they are out of the water. ![]() ![]() ![]()

Its not really an ENB problem. More a game problem. Hence you would need to make a mod that moves the fish down deeper... would take a bit to get them all but would be rather simple since you are just moving stuff to new coordinates. |

Sorry I edited and added more pictures after your post to the prior post. Do you mean its a game water issue and ENB simply brings it out further with dispersion effect? |

Phinix I know water mods work with ENB, I use RW2 with WATER parallax map and it looks great. I was just mentioning something I saw on the ENBoost page (never going there again *shudder* ) Boris Understood. Just thought I'd mention it, just in case there was something to look into. |
