Installed DirectX Runtime and now the game shows a black screen for a few seconds and then crashes. I have aliasing turned off in-game and set to application control in CCC. The only things that I have installed are : audio driver, GPU driver, SA, DirectX Runtime, Chrome and .NET Framework.
So, I guess that it's my GPU's fault, seems like I'll be stuck with 0.076.

I don't know, may be just vendor surface format unsupported on your videocard (but from docs even radeon 2xxx have it)

I've seen some stuff here (http://aras-p.info/texts/D3D9GPUHacks.html), does ENB use those functions ? I also see that like 2 of them are supported from HD 4000 and beyond (but unfortunately not below).

Version updated, download again
Added day-night separation and shadows from old versions of the mod for this game. Shader files were changed accordinly to include all variables (field of view and adaptive quality are set to default and aren't used yet). Report multiplayer issues.
Btw, i still can't find out what is the problem with shadows, why they flicker at some moments, can't press logging key so fast to understand what is wrong. Also strange freezes happen from time to time at the end of game loading, but in old versions i have this problem also in the first cj house.

Hey Boris, I just registered after 4 yeras of using ENB mods because I wanted to tell you Thanks for updating the ENB, really appreciated I've been waiting for this release some time now since 90 percent of the GTA SA players play multiplayer mods like SAMP and MTA... We really appreciate all your work and as you said maybe many people are not downloading ENB from you site etc... its because people post their enbs on youtube... Take a look at the most famous ENB makers:

Marty McFly: http://www.youtube.com/user/Buddyspencerful Popular ENB: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C3KsmQ1U4qo

vGJake: http://www.youtube.com/user/vGJakeProduction Popular ENB: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TQqyPVHjYvM

and then theres many people who just make 1 enb or use an enb and people download too: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b8RdnbUh7kg

and many others just dont make videos, theyre on LSRP Forums or other community forums... but we all really appreciate it a lot when you update GTA SA enb bro, I hope you can find fixes for as many bugs as possible and you can actually update the mod!

P.s. Many people dont register here to reply to the thread and many other dont even know about these forums but every day they hope he new ENB Update is out... Atleast I used to do that...

Thanks a lot, really appreciated!

I'm probably going to hell for this but...what 0.238 lacks until we are ultimately happy: SSAO and vehicle reflections...or only SSAO.
Old versions have more features than new one, sure but the features of the new one are so much better...
SA is old? So is Blade of Darkness.
We managed to bypass the lack of old effects by running an old dll along with the new one, this doesn't work for depth-dependant effects unfortunately, they don't show up.
