How can seeing this on yourself help? I mean, if it's on your screen or on ours. It's a shame that this fails just because such a stupid mistake. Argh, I was so happy when I heard you were working again on it. No idea what we could try, anything? I have to ask other people if they have the same issue, it's only noticeable with an image distortion effect.

I hate it when you start something, I'm super excited and then you cancel it when problems appear, it's always the same.

Could reinstall DirectX help? I remember that the SA Motion Blur worked when I installed SA again, then I installed another, newer game and it installed its own DirectX and then it didn't work again. I know that these all should be the same but it's apparently not. For Some XP users the 0.075 bumpmap worked on SAMP.

You have mention "image distortion effect" second time and i don't know what is it. Do you mean heat distortion from sun, vanilla game feature? When it's active, i don't see issues, it was my first suspect.
DirectX reinstallation can't help. You must find the problem, testing with floating bugs impossible. At least try to terminate all processes which aren't from OS itself, may be some soft hooking in to the game. Make sure that antialiaing disabled in game and in drivers. I toggled some video options of the game, but haven't found anything wrong, look the same (and there not much things to tweak, you know).

With image distortion I meant an effect.txt enbeffect or whatsoever effect which distorts the image by modifying the texcoords. In my one screen I used a shader which creates a fish-eye look.

Sorry, i can't say anything at this moment, please visit this topic when will see that i released new update to GTASA version, not sure yet. Of course don't bother right now searching issues, existing must be fixed first.

The mod had problems with all shaders that modify image in any way, if it's mirroring, shifting or whatever.
