Well I haven't got the disappearing HUD for a long time now.. so I don't consider that a problem anymore but what about the AMD shadow bug? look at the pictures that were posted before, cant that be fixed? then the mod would be almost perfect hah You already fixed the black sky but those black outlines around the far objects (Look at pictures that were posted before) are annoying... I would really appreciate it a lot if you could fix it...

Yeah, the only way to debug this would be buying an amd card and wasting money for this would be the most stupid thing to do...

Boris, there's another small thing, with the water...in new versions depth buffer seems to ignore water surface and checks sea ground depth instead so water areas which are really close get strongly blurred by depth of field just because their seaground is so far away. Old versions didn't have this. Any way to fix that?

And the water, skyrim's enb water shader looks super awesome, any chance to port some of its effects to sa enb?

?

I did changes to water because it works wrong, depth of field bug is just side effect which worth modification compared to fixed. And i can't do water like in skyrim, they have nothing similar, gta water is just tiled pattern, parallax will not be visible and i not very interested to force all water in game to same look, because not just ocean water available.

Regarding v248. I've had tons of people say they can't get v248 running.

What I'm wondering is there some sort of DirectX update they need specifically? Possibly a specific setup?

I understand that the AMD bug is very prominent and it's simple that most amd users can't run the game. However.

Maybe you could explain what is needed to get v248 running for other users, a brief description of what is used to get the .dll going. I'm pretty sure it's DirectX, but I can never be too sure.

Regards,
Ivy

I guess I should have phrased it like so:

What is the backend necessary to allow d3d9.dll to execute with GTA SA.

I am not able to get .248 to run. I've tried manual installation on a clean GTA and also have tried with mod loader. I know alot of people are also having this issue. Any recommendations? Anyone get it to work?
