GTA 5 beta 0.271

Grand Theft Auto V (GTA 5)

Graphic mod ENBSeries 0.271 beta

Added controls of night sprites and some others. Added parameter to turn on high quality antialiasing, which require msaa to be active in game video options.
HQ antialiasing is not performance free and i can't do anything about that, so comparing performance with mod enabled/disabled must be done with not active hq antialiasing. Seems AMD videocards have performance drop.

Set game video options to DirectX11 mode. Also mod is tested for almost maxed graphics setting, so it may fail to work properly otherwise.
Do not run the game in online mode with ENBSeries installed, i'm not sure if you will be banned or not.

Testing now, reporting results in about 10 minutes, thank you!

Results:

Everything works as expected. The improved MSAA works wonders and I only lose 1.6fps avg when enabled, worst case scenario 2-3fps. Using (2x MSAA 1080p).

Same specs as last time, Win 10 64-bit, GTX 660, NVIDIA Drivers 350.12

Btw, i did different processing for light sprites (glow types), but removed it from this version. Need to find out solution against performance loss when size of sprites is too big (you may notice yourself by increasing size of them).

Thanks for new version!

I checked MSAA fix and it looks nice. In some cases the fix gives me about one fps, but mostly I don't notice any loss performance. Of course I still have about 5-10% fps less, but alone MSAA fix doesn't cause performance drop. AMD videocards are very strange...
Light sprites looks more realistic, but I forgot to increase size of them to notice fps drop. In my opinion, the small size of sprites looks hundred times realistically.

I have a small request to you Boris. Could you unlock "CloudSaturation" parameter to set it above 1.00? Because I set the "SunSaturation" to 0.5 and it affected to clouds colours. They are more greyish at sunrise and sunset and they look bad. Thanks for all you do!

Seems found when fps drops. In advanced graphics options increase drawing distance and at certain places have that too. Okay, will be changed to different constants modification algorithm.

Cloud saturation is not affected by sun color, it controls non sun lit color of clouds, which is not much visible at the day time, but at evening clouds may have ugly greeny-brown color, that's exactly the case when desaturating helps. I'll do more parameters with time of the day later.

I can not understand what makes a high quality multisampling, I put MSAAx2 MSAAx4 turned it off, no difference noticed no fps even not touched.

Ok, I understand.

The MSAA fix requires MSAA to be active in graphic options. You should notice more smooth shadows in certain angles. Look at the screens:

It seems that TXAA enabled and the second disabled. Maybe I'm wrong, but in my game I differences never saw. You could tell me what mode should stand in the game? x2, x4? Or even x8?

Version updated, download again
Increased performance for those users who see huge fps drop (AMD videocards and/or high drawing distance in advanced graphics options).

If you don't see the difference, then just don't need it. Personally i can't look at ugly flickering shadows and areas where antialiasing not applied at all.
